Soul Flow

Soul Flow is an Embodied Vinyasa practice that weaves together breath, meditation, flowing, mindful movement and self-enquiry to create a practice that feels both grounding and expansive.
Built around a repetitive sequence that gradually unfolds and evolves, classes invite you to settle into the rhythm of the practice before building towards a more expansive shape or peak experience.
Inspired by yoga philosophy, the seasons, nature and the shared experience of being human, expect creative sequencing, moments of stillness, and opportunities to build strength, mobility and balance whilst exploring yoga as a moving meditation.

Vinyasa Flow
Energising. Uplifting. Dynamic.
Our Vinyasa Flow classes are a dynamic, flowing style of yoga where breath and movement move together as one.
Expect creative sequencing, opportunities to build strength and mobility, and moments to reconnect with yourself amidst the busyness of everyday life.
While each class is rooted in the same flowing practice, every teacher brings their own unique flavour, experience and perspective, creating their own expression of Vinyasa.

Strength Flow
Strong - Powerful - Energising.
A dynamic, flowing class inspired by functional movement and pilates designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness from the inside out. Come as you are, and leave feeling strong and energised building strength throughout a creatively sequenced flow.

Mellow Flow
Beginner Friendly - Gentle - Flowing
Mellow Flow is a a Slow Flow class exploring foundational yoga poses in a accessibly paced flow with plenty of time for relaxation too.

Suitable For: Beginner Friendly
Somatic Yoga
Gentle - Accessible - Therapeutic
Somatic Yoga is a gentle class which moves through breath practice, Somatic Movement Education, Yoga postures, Yoga Nidra and relaxation. A perfect way to create movement and balance in those areas in the body experiencing stiffness. You will leave feeling nourished and reconnected to your whole being.
When: Wednesday mornings
Suitable For: Beginner Friendly
Yin
Grounding - Relaxing - Medatative
Yin Yoga is an opportunity to restore and relax in a practice of creating long held postures. You’ll be guided into a handful of poses throughout the class, holding for 3-5 minutes.
Based on Chinese medicine, Yin stimulates energy flow in our meridians and energy channels and is an opportunity to restore and rejuvenate our nervous system.
When: Sundays & Fridays

One to One Yoga
If you’re thinking about investing a little bit deeper in to our yoga practice, a one-to-one session, or a series of one to one’s may be for you.
If you’re looking to work with something in particular, or you’ll be working within your own class tailored to your specific needs.
