Pregnancy Yoga classes are a way to connect with yourself and your baby in a supportive environment during your journey through pregnancy.
These classes can help you adapt to the changes in your body, working with relaxation techniques, gentle flowing movement to promote strength and flexibility, and a growing awareness of breath.
At The Durham Yoga Studio, Pregnancy Yoga is offered in a safe, friendly and calming space. Alongside the practice, there is time to meet other mums and chat all things pregnancy, creating a sense of connection and shared experience.
What to expect

Relaxation
Gentle flowing movement
Building pelvic floor strength
Breath work
A supportive space to meet other mums
Pregnancy Yoga is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle throughout pregnancy and can be particularly supportive in adapting positively to physical and emotional changes, while deepening the connection between you and your baby.
Who is this class for?
If you’re an experienced yogi, or you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat before, this class is for you.
Classes are suitable from your second trimester. We recommend joining from 14 weeks.

When: Monday evenings at 7.30pm
