Memberships and Packages

All class purchases are non-refundable, please honour our cancellation policy.

Class Passes are for individual use and cannot be shared.

If you are a monthly member, you will be billed on the same day every month from your first registration date.

If you are a monthly member, we require 30 days notice of your cancellation.

The Durham Yoga Studio may change the price of this membership under the prior agreement with 30 days notice.

Our studio timetable is subject to regular changes

In the event of a National Lockdown, studio credits and packages can be transferred to online packages.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards have a 6 month expiry.

Gift cards cannot be transferred, refunded or extended.

Cancellation Policy

Classes

All purchases are non-refundable or transferable but if you cancel in accordance with our below policy, we will re-credit to your Momence account

If you cancel up to 4 hours before a class begins, you will receive a credit back to your account. If you cancel within 4 hours before class begins, you will be classed as a late cancel, and you will not be re-credited.

No shows will be automatically charged £5 to the card that is on file of your account. Please cancel if you can no longer make it.

Online classes - Cancel at anytime- you will be re-credited.

Events/Workshops/Courses

All Events, workshops and courses are non-refundable or transferable. Please double check your dates before booking.

For courses, booking is for all course sessions, individual classes cannot be transferred or re-credited.

Waiting List

If you're on the waitlist and a space opens up, you'll now be added to the class automatically and you'll receive an SMS to let you know you're in!

If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged or subject to our late cancel policy.

Less Than 1 Hour Before Class:

If a spot becomes available within an hour of class start time, we’ll send an SMS and you will have to accept your space. This on a first-come, first-served basis, the first person to respond will get the space (this is all done through an automated system).

This is perfect if you live nearby or can get to the studio quickly!

Please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change – this helps us make space for others and keeps things running smoothly. It also avoids you being charged.

Age Restrictions

Participants must be 18 or over to join studio classes.
