Beginner Yoga Course

Over the course of 4 weeks, we will lay some foundations of a yoga practice, helping you to build confidence on the mat and begin your journey into yoga in a way that feels steady and supportive.

✨Who is this course for?

If you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before, or you’re returning after a break, this course offers a supportive place to begin.

✨What will the course include?


Each one-hour class will guide you through a beginner-friendly sequence, weaving together movement, breath and simple meditation. We’ll take time to break down key foundational postures and transitions, helping you feel more at ease and confident stepping into a class.

Over the 4 weeks, we’ll explore:

Learning foundational yoga asana

Using props, modifications and adaptations

Breathing and simple meditation techniques

Relaxation and mindfulness

Space to ask questions and receive guidance

INCLUDED: 7 day unlimited pass to try out different classes at the studio. This can be used straight away or can be used up to 1 month after the course end date. Cannot be extended.
