A two-hour immersive offering weaving movement, mindfulness, and connection.
In this first Soul and Soma, we’ll explore the theme of Belonging & what it means to belong- within ourselves, in our bodies, and in community.
Through guided practices of meditation and movement, we’ll gently peel back the layers that keep us feeling separate, and create space to come home to ourselves. What's rooted deeply in the heart of 'yoga' itself is the belonging, togetherness and connection.
