Any medical information that you give to us in our intake form through our booking platform TeamUp and our mailing list platform Mailchimp
Payment information that you provide to us through our booking platform Teamup which uses Stripe as the payment processor.

How we get the personal information and why we have it?
Information is given to us directly by you though our booking system TeamUp or if you subscribe to our mailing list.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Contact you regarding classes
Book you into classes
Collect data on class attendance .
Contact you via email marketing.
We will not share this information with any other organisations.

Your information is securely stored in our private and secure administrative system through TeamUp. The owner of The Durham Yoga Studio has access to personal information and sub contractors (other instructors) may only have access to information necessary for purpose (name & medical conditions related to the activity).
