Join us for a meditation series.

A chance to calm the mind, slow down the ‘inner chatter,’ practice being fully present for our inner experience and tune into our embodied wisdom.

Cultivating clarity and peace for ourselves and nourishing ourselves with the wonder of the present moment.

This class will include the practices of mindfulness of breathing in sitting meditation / movement and body scan / deep relaxation techniques whilst lying down.
