Revive 4 week programme

If you’re new to yoga, or if you’ve been thinking about starting yoga, but don’t really know where to begin, this programme is perfect for you! Or perhaps you’ve had a break from yoga and you want to regain some confidence in movement, this programme is for you, too!

You will be guided though four, one-to-one sessions in the following format:

Session 1:

Awaken your senses, your mind & your physical body. 

Learn where your body is in space, we’ll work through some foundational yoga asana (movement) and use mindfulness to cultivate a sense of grounding and relaxation.

Session 2:

Finding Flow. Learning to move and breathe at the same time, working with a sequence to build confidence in movement. 

Session 3:

Expand and grow your confidence on the mat & work with some more challenging movements like balancing & building strength in yoga.

Session 4:

Integrate & bring everything together from the previous sessions, aiming to leave you to feel empowered on and off the mat.
